All our sales include the cost of shipping to your delivery address. However, it is important to keep in mind that the products are not insured by NICOTINEPOUCHESITALIA.IT and, therefore, as a buyer, you assume the risk of transportation of the purchased goods. NICOTINEPOUCHESITALIA.IT has no responsibility for any damage or loss during transportation. As a buyer, you must purchase your own shipping insurance if you wish to insure your purchases. Goods are sold with transportation included to the delivery address without insurance during transportation. Transportation begins when the goods are picked up from our warehouse by the shipping company. We ship via UPS, DHL and PostNorth.
If you choose not to pay import fees, your package will not be released from customs and we will not make refunds or order exchanges, even if the order is returned to us. The same thing applies if you refuse to pick up your order, do not take delivery on time, or if your order is seized or detained by customs due to a violation of the import regulations of the destination country. Due to the perishable nature of our product, it cannot be returned to stock or resold after it has been shipped once.
